My story
For years now I have been observing and working with the education process. I noticed that textbooks and class lectures omitted what I felt was critical information for understanding the material. I also found I had an aptitude for sharing and filling in this information. Presently I am writing a textbook and a learning app for this very purpose—to fill in educational gaps that I have seen. It is a work in progress that I began as a student and have continued in my teaching career. This project is now a dream of mine which you are seeing coming into fruition with this website.
My Love for Learning
Working at Fusion Academy as their higher-level mathematics and physics teacher and with their model of teaching one-on-one, I gained valuable professional experience working with both the extremely high functioning as well as many types of special needs. I love working with people on the extreme spectrum of learning capacity. I enjoy the process of assessing what component of mathematical material somebody is missing and figuring out a way to reach that individual to give understanding. For me, I find great joy in teaching.
